The postal system can sometimes have unexpected delays and these may effect delivery dates and times.
We DO NOT accept exchanges or refunds on ANY personalised items.
All of our Products are customl designed and as such are deemed to be "bespoke/personalised". In accordance with the distance selling regulations we are unable to accept an item to be returned back to us if you have experienced a change of heart

All our items are handmade in house by our design experts and this does take time. We try our upmost best to have all orders dispatched before any delivery times but these may be delayed due to higher order volumes.
If you have received an incorrect item from us we will always make sure this item is replaced and exchanged on delivery.

If you receive an error on a label due to our mistake such as a typo or misspelling our team will arrange for this to be replaced as quickly as possible.
